…these are just a few things that you will do if you join the staff of Meeting Waters YMCA’s Y Day Camp, located on Route 5 in Springfield. We are looking for teens (ages 16+) and young adults to join our phenomenal camp staff team for the 2026 summer. No car? No problem. You can ride the bus from eight VT and NH communities.

Y-ASPIRE SITE DIRECTORS and PROGRAM ASSISTANTS
For our 26th year of Y-ASPIRE, we are seeking a few new team members to serve children and families with our national award-winning afterschool enrichment program. If your personal mission includes helping children grow in “spirit, mind and body” and strengthening families, this is an ideal part-time role for you.
The Site Director works with their peers at other sites and the Youth Development Director to deliver an engaging curriculum in an inclusive and supportive environment. The Program Assistant works with their Site Director to do the same at their program site.
Hours of work are typically 2:30-6:00 for the Site Director and 2:30-5:00 for the Program Assistant. Teens and young adults are encouraged to apply for the Program Assistant positions.
We have openings at our sites in Brattleboro, Bellows Falls and Dummerston.
Paid training. Paid holidays.
Y-ASPIRE Substitutes
An ideal position for para-educators or people working part-time jobs that end before 2:30. We need a pool of 2-4 substitutes for our Y-ASPIRE programs in Brattleboro, Bellows Falls and Dummerston. Hours are 2:45-5:00/6:00. Paid training.
