Our rich history begins in the Bellows Falls area in the early 1890s. It was then that nearly 100 people began to meet for the purpose of establishing a YMCA for the region. On September 10, 1895 their dream became reality when the Bellows Falls YMCA was incorporated. Over the ensuing 114 years, our regional YMCA has been responsive to ever-changing community needs.
