The Meeting Waters YMCA Board of Directors is a group of volunteers committed to supporting the YMCA mission in the lower CT River Valley. They are morally and legally responsible for the financial health of the organization and are the primary guides for determining its direction. Board members serve for three-year terms. Current members of the Board of Directors are:

Fact: We have 24 part-time or seasonal full-time employees between the ages of 16 and 21 (We are the largest employer of teenagers and young adults in the Valley\'s social service sector.)
